New patients: we invite you to book an initial consultation where you can come in to visit our clinic and meet the team!
Book an initial consultation
Book an initial consultation for the opportunity to come into the clinic and meet the team, including our principal Dr Zelman Lew. At Dental Care Group, we firmly believe in the concept of comprehensive examination and full disclosure treatment plan discussions.
We welcome new patients to come in and learn more about our clinic!
If you book before 12pm, you can get a same-day appointment. Otherwise, we will advice you on what to do to ease any dental pain until we can see you.
Organise your first appointment
Your first appointment should coincide with a visit to the dental hygienist for a gum assessment and clean. Whether it’s a regular check-up or a specific dental treatment, the Dental Care Group team will ensure your first experience at our clinic is a pleasant one. After we get to
know you, we build a long-term relationship to ensure that you choose us as your regular dentist for life.
Choosing a dentist isn’t a decision you should take lightly, but we think the choice will be easy once you visit Dental Care Group! Book an appointment today!
Regular dental check-ups are crucial to the health of not only your mouth, teeth, and gums, but your entire wellbeing, too!
It’s generally recommended that you visit your dentist twice a year, but this will depend on your overall health, previous
dental issues, and your risk of dental disease.
Regular dental visits keep your teeth and gums healthy. However they are also one of the best preventative measures against more serious dental conditions and even medical conditions, such as diabetes and heart disease.
After thorough examinations and collation of previous records, as well as a full panel of photos, Dr Zelman and the team will consult with you on the issues in a private and separate treatment plan discussion. This discussion takes place in our
state-of-the-art audio-visual conference room. Here, we explain in detail your treatment options.
What resonates best with our patients is a dentist who is not only experienced, but one who is honest, caring, and communicates well. Patient communication is key!
Following a dental treatment, we will organise follow-up calls and/or appointments focused on inspecting the progress of your recovery.
Your follow-up appointment addresses:
- Any medication you may have been prescribed
- Addressing any emerging complications
- Inspecting any wounds and monitoring healing
- Any discomfort you’ve experienced
- Other factors relating to your recovery
