HICAPS Claims

 

For those with private health insurance or eligible for treatment with Medicare or DVA, we provide on the spot claims through our HICAPS terminal.

We accept all private health insurers and also accept payment in the form of Cash, EFTPOS and Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX)

HCF More for Teeth

We are proudly a HCF More for Teeth provider allowing HCF patients no-gap routine visits (within their annual limits)

WorkCover and TAC

At Dental Care Group, we understand that dental injuries resulting from workplace or transport accidents can be both physically and emotionally challenging. Our team provides comprehensive dental care for patients eligible under WorkCover or the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), helping you restore comfort, function, and confidence as part of your recovery journey.

We work closely with medical practitioners, case managers, and insurers to ensure your treatment plan is streamlined, transparent, and aligned with your approved claim.

Payment Plans

Medipay is a third-party payment provider offering tailored financing for healthcare treatments, including dental healthcare. Patients can apply for between $2000 and $55,0000 and be pre-approved for funding directly through the Medipay platform, subject to to eligibility and credit assessment. If approved, treatment costs are paid directly to the clinic and repaid in instalments by the patient over an agreed period. This option may suit those needing more extensive treatment but who prefer to spread payments over time. All applications are managed independently via Medipay.

CDBS

We offer bulk billed appointments for those eligible under the Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS) and can claim for you directly through Medicare.

We believe in preventative services especially for children to give them the best start to their dental health.

Compassionate Release of Super

You may be eligible for early release of super for dental treatment if you meet the ATO requirements:

  1. You are or were an Australian or New Zealand Citizen
  2. You require necessary medical treatment that isn’t readily available through the public healthcare system or you require treatment to treat a life-threatening condition, alleviate acute or chronic pain or chronic mental illness.
  3.  You can not afford the treatment without accessing your super, e.g. you would need to borrow money to pay for expenses related to treatment.
  4. OR you/your dependent’s expense is either unpaid or you have borrowed money that is still outstanding to complete medical treatment.
  5. You may be able to apply on behalf of a dependent if you can provide all necessary supporting evidence of your relationship.

We do not provide financial advice or submit applications on your behalf. We can provide documentation such as reports and treatment plans if treatment is deemed necessary and consistent with ATO guidelines.
